Business Bestie Brunch

My space is all about empowering my community and being able to connect, share stories, collaborate, and gain valuable knowledge.

Business Bestie Brunch came about when I was speaking one night with my cousin and said, “you are my business bestie!” I yelled it. To be honest, I don’t have anyone to talk to about business and now, we find ourselves always discussing business because she took a leap of faith and started her own business too.

I felt like I didn’t have someone to speak to and hold myself accountable, and I knew others felt the same.

I also thought, “what do women love to do? Oh yes, BRUNCH!” LOL. Right then and there I knew I wanted to do a Business Bestie Brunch and hold it annually.

At the brunch, you get to choose a business bestie and you hold each other accountable for SMART Goals for your businesses throughout the entire year until the next brunch.

We all had such a wonderful time. The women were so loving and everything turned out incredible. I gave a 1-hour speech about Branding 101 and everyone wrote down their top three goals for their business on goal sheets that we provided. One goal had to be personal (like self-care), another had to be mental/health, and last but not least, a business goal. All of them intertwined with one another.
